Exchange administrators are constantly fighting mailbox size limits -- so sending large files via Outlook is not really an option for most businesses. With the circaMail plugin for Outlook, it will transparently intercept large file attachments and post them to circaShare. Your recipients will get a download link in their email, and they can download that file without any special software required on their end.
